At Stickomatic Global, we strive to deliver your orders as efficiently and reliably as possible.

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
• Our standard domestic shipping is free. Expedited shipping options are available and will be calculated at checkout.
• Oversized or heavy items may incur additional freight charges. Any additional fees will be communicated prior to shipment.
• We currently ship within India and internationally. All international customers are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or additional fees as required by their respective countries.
• Stickomatic Global is not liable for delivery delays due to weather, customs clearance, or carrier service disruptions.
• Shipments requiring freight (LTL) will be delivered curbside unless otherwise arranged. Additional fees may apply for inside delivery or missed appointments.

Return & Refund Policy

At Stickomatic Global, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

Eligibility:
• Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
• Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.
• Returns must be pre-authorized. Please contact our customer service at [Insert Email] to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Return Instructions:
• Clearly mark the RMA number on the return package.
• Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
• Ship the item back using a trackable method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• If the product is returned used, damaged, or without original packaging, a restocking fee may apply or the return may be denied.

Refunds:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10–25 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Shipping fees, handling charges, and third-party transaction costs (e.g., payment gateway fees) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
• Please report any defects or shipping damages within 7 days of delivery.
• We may request photos or supporting evidence before issuing replacements or refunds.
• Faulty or defective items will be replaced where possible. If not available, a full refund will be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
• Stickomatic Global is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after dispatch. If this occurs, please file a claim with the respective shipping carrier.
