Last Updated: July 18, 2025 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, or “you”) and Stickomatic Global (“Stickomatic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of Stickomatic’s products, services, and website features (collectively, “Stickomatic Services”).

By accessing our website, placing an order, or interacting with our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

Account Eligibility & Use

To use Stickomatic Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You are not prohibited by any law or third-party agreement from using our Services.
• The information you provide for registration and communication is complete and accurate.
• You agree to update your account information as needed to maintain accuracy.
• You will not violate intellectual property rights, applicable laws, or third-party agreements.

Stickomatic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information.

Account Credentials

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and restricting access to your account.
• You agree not to share your password or use another user’s account without permission.
• Stickomatic is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.
• If you suspect misuse of your account, notify us immediately via our official channels.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

• All product prices and service fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Once an order is submitted, you agree to pay the full amount for products, services, applicable taxes, and shipping fees.
• Payments must be completed before order processing begins.
• Price adjustments may apply for changes in order specifications after confirmation.

You acknowledge that all purchases are custom-manufactured, and cancellations may not be honored after production has started.

Artwork & Printing

• Submit artwork according to our design and print specifications.
• Our team will review submissions for dimension accuracy, but final responsibility lies with the Customer.
• Customers may be charged for design edits, revisions, or proof approvals beyond the standard service scope.
• Copyrighted designs must be submitted only if you hold legal rights or licenses to use such material.

We reserve the right to refuse orders with illegal, offensive, or infringing content.

Proofs, Revisions & Customization

• Digital proofs are shared for customer approval before printing. Orders will not proceed without proof approval.
• Printed proofs can be requested at an additional cost.
• Each order includes up to 2 revision rounds; extra rounds may incur a service charge.

You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all specifications and notes during the proofing process.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped via trusted logistics partners, either on Stickomatic’s account or yours.
• Shipping timelines are based on business days and exclude weekends and holidays.
• Stickomatic is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, natural events, or customs clearance.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the delay is caused solely by Stickomatic.

Label Adhesion & Material Policy

• We recommend testing all Stickomatic materials before full application.
• Adhesive performance may vary depending on surface type, temperature, and humidity.
• Stickomatic provides free material samples on request (standard shipping only).

Labels have a pre-application shelf life of six months in a controlled environment (55°F to 85°F). We are not responsible for performance issues beyond this duration.

Color Reproduction

• Colors are printed using CMYK or Pantone simulations, optimized through calibrated equipment.
• Spot colors will be approximated unless specified.
• Slight variations may occur based on substrate, finish, and batch.

Customers are encouraged to order a printed proof if color accuracy is critical.

Processing Time

Standard order processing begins after:

• Payment is confirmed.
• Artwork is submitted.
• Final proofs are approved.

Typical timelines range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on product type, customization, and design complexity. Custom dies and sizes may extend lead time.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement, provided production hasn’t begun.
• All sales are considered final once work begins.
• Refunds may be issued only if Stickomatic confirms a manufacturing defect or error.

You must report issues within 15 days of receiving your order to be eligible for resolution.

Minors’ Use Policy

Stickomatic does not knowingly market to or collect data from users under 13 years of age. If a minor has interacted with our Services, contact us for removal of information.

Intellectual Property

All Stickomatic content, designs, logos, and branding are protected by applicable laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display Stickomatic materials without written consent.
• Submitted designs and labels remain the intellectual property of the customer unless customized by Stickomatic’s design team.

We reserve the right to showcase samples of finished products in our marketing unless requested otherwise in writing.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Stickomatic, its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from:

• Claims arising from misuse or unlawful use of our Services
• Breaches of these Terms
• Intellectual property violations from artwork you submit
• Errors or delays caused by your instructions or materials

Limitations of Liability

Stickomatic Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim liability for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Losses due to third-party service failures
• Errors in designs submitted by customers

Maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction residing in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved in accordance with applicable Indian legal procedures.

Updates to Terms

Stickomatic may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page regularly.
